What the site is right now
This is a pre‑launch landing page. You can join the waitlist with your email, or apply as a venue/promoter partner. That's it — there's no product to use yet. When the product launches, separate terms will apply to the product itself, and we'll notify waitlist members.
Waitlist and applications
- Joining the waitlist is free and optional. It doesn't guarantee access — we roll out access in waves.
- Submitting a venue application doesn't guarantee partnership. We review each one; some fits just don't make sense, and that's fine.
- All information you submit should be accurate. If it's clearly fake or spam, we'll delete it.
Content and accuracy
Show listings, screenshots, and copy on this site describe what Stage Buddy will do. Specific artists, venues, matches, and match percentages shown are illustrative — not real show data. Nothing on this page should be relied on as a ticketing source, a venue directory, or a live concert feed.
Intellectual property
The Stage Buddy name, design, logo, and copy are ours. You can screenshot the site, share the link, and forward it to friends — but don't clone it, pass it off as your own, or use it to mislead people.
Third‑party services
This site links out to third‑party services (like Spotify, Bandsintown, email providers). We're not responsible for their content, uptime, or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it'll always be up, always be bug‑free, or always show accurate information. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stage Buddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is capped at $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Major changes will be emailed to waitlist members before they take effect.
